Our training Workshops provide hands-on, real-world learning opportunities, developed specifically for Market Research professionals without the Sales or Sales Management experience needed to grow their businesses.

The Seller-Doer Workshop™ has been designed to enhance the selling skills and techniques of researchers, project managers, practice leaders and firm owners who have gotten ‘stuck’ with the responsibility for growing revenue. Delivered online over 4 weeks, the Seller-Doer Workshop occurs twice each year – in January and during the summer (July-Aug).

The Sales Success Workshop™ was developed for firms with a larger seller-doer team that want a more customized program, targeted to their specific skill needs and integrating their services as part of the content. It begins with a team skills assessment and, following the core program, ends with a series of follow-up sessions to reinforce the learning.

The Sales Management Workshop was developed specifically for the part-time sales leaders inside of mid-size and larger firms. These leaders have been asked to take on the added responsibility of managing their seller-doer team. However, most come to the table without the experience, skills or knowledge of how to do that successfully. This workshop is delivered annually in early Q4.
